In view of the installation of road lighting facilities in the inner ring expressway, it is of great significance to meet the requirements of urban road lighting, ensure vehicle night driving safety, and effectively enhance the city night image. Therefore, it is necessary to continue the construction of new lighting facilities on the section of the inner ring expressway which is about 50 km away from the construction of lighting facilities.

To this end:
First, the Construction Committee of the city plans to plan the road lighting facilities in the northwest half ring widening plan of the inner ring expressway, and build new road lighting facilities when implementing the road widening and reconstruction;
Two, the municipal finance continued to arrange special funds, and the Municipal Administration Committee continued to carry out the construction of lighting facilities for the remaining 21.5 kilometers of the inner ring expressway main line (excluding the northwest half ring).
